We also replace missing, loose or damaged roof tiles.  However, if the roof requires too many roof tiles to be cost effective then it is a good idea to have a full roof replacement.  Like all external surfaces with the changeable weather and wear and tear, the roof tiles have a life expectancy of approximately 25 years, depending on the type of roof installed. With maintenance a roof can last much longer.  When installing a new roof we remove all the old tiles, battens and membrane and replace with a new breathable roof membrane, new treated wooden battens and new roof tiles.  There is a choice on the style and colour of tiles, we can help advise with all aspects of roof installation.
